    Ready-to-Ship Hair

    Hair labeled Available is in stock and will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

    Pre-Order Hair

    Hair labeled Pre-Order requires additional preparation. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

    Custom Colors & Custom Orders

    Custom colors and personalized hair orders are made specifically for you. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order ships.

    Shipping Confirmation

    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

    Local Pickup

    Local pickup is available in West Roxbury, Massachusetts. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before visiting.

    Delivery time 

    Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

    Domestic Shipping

    Henree Hair Care currently ships within the United States and internationally.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

    Incorrect Address

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

    Henree Hair Care is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

    If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.
