At Henree, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in providing premium-quality products and carefully inspect every order before it leaves our store.
Because our products are considered personal use items, we have the following policy to protect the quality, safety, and integrity of every order.
Human Hair & Wigs
For hygiene reasons, all human hair extensions, wigs, closures, and frontals must be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncolored, and in their original packaging with all security seals intact to be eligible for a return or exchange.
If your order meets these requirements, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hair that has been installed, worn, washed, colored, brushed, cut, chemically treated, or altered in any way.
Hair Care Products
Unopened and unused hair care products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used hair care products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the original packaging
We’ll review your claim promptly and work to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
